Bruce Craven -- Workshops/HBDI®

Craven Leadership provides half-day and full-day workshops on leadership development, as well as multi-day custom leadership development programs.

Session format and topics can be adjusted to suit the needs of the client. They can be delivered in a format structured around fictional narratives, such as novels, films and television shows, or they can be delivered without the fictional component.  Topics include:

• Building resilience by planning one’s response to future challenges.
• Situational adaptability and flexible thinking based on the HBDI® self-assessment created by Herrmann Global.  
• Operating with emotional and contextual intelligence.
• Creating and communicating a leadership message with a focus on personal values.
• Peer-to-peer coaching.
