MBA & Executive MBA Class

 Leadership Through Fiction launched as an elective for graduate MBA students at Columbia Business School in the Summer of 2012. The class uses fictional narratives as the source material to study issues of leadership. Over the years and various iterations, the popular course has used a diverse selection of famous American writers. The current syllabus assigns an autobiography, two novels, a film adaptation of a novel, a theater play, and season one of the HBO series Game of Thrones
